Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
Yes. Every lot ships with a COA confirming identity and purity, and each COA is verifiable through the lot’s QR code. Additional documentation is available on request.
What purity do you provide?
Our Materials are high purity, verified by HPLC and mass spectrometry. See each product page and its COA for lot-specific detail.
Can I see lot documentation before ordering?
Yes. Contact support with the product name or SKU and we will share current lot documentation where available. You can also verify any lot on our Verify a lot page.
Ordering and payment
Do I need a prescription?
No. Materials are sold for research use to qualified buyers and are not intended for clinical or therapeutic use. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards. For institutional or business payment options, contact support.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 30 minutes of purchase, before they ship. Email support as soon as possible.
Shipping
Where do you ship and how long does it take?

How is my order packaged?
Orders ship in discreet, unbranded outer packaging, with protective materials appropriate to the Material’s stability requirements.
What if my order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged?
